This Standards microsite explains the operating principles behind the Licensed Partner Network. It does not expose assessment mechanics, scoring logic, sequencing internals, or proprietary remediation instructions.

Why Standards Exist

The partner network is a governed transfer layer.

Align reveals what is most likely to prevent delivery. Partners help subscribers act on that determination without turning the work into generic consulting.

The purpose of the Licensed Partner Network is not to hand partners a slide deck and hope delivery stays coherent.

Partners operate inside a defined governance model. 2ndSys governs the Align determination, recommended sequence, standards, and reassessment expectations. Certified partner roles govern executability, delivery, checkpoints, evidence, and escalation.

The standard exists so client work remains tied to the determination, the priority concerns, and the recommended sequence.

Partners extend 2ndSys reach. They do not replace the governance layer.

Partners are licensed to execute governed work arising from Align determinations using 2ndSys standards, certification requirements, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.

Partners execute against a reviewed plan and delivery standard. They do not receive raw system output or recreate the intelligence layer.

Certified Principals and Practitioners have different responsibilities, authority boundaries, and attestation obligations.

Execution does not advance purely because work was performed. It advances through attestation, review, and escalation conditions.
