Partner Models | 2ndSys Licensed Partner Network
Partner Models

Choose the role that matches how you want to help the client.

Partnership can begin with a referral, develop into certified delivery, or grow into a recurring strategic relationship. The authority and accountability change with the role.

Three Models

Start with the work you are prepared to own.

MODEL 01

Referral Partner

You recognize the client moment and introduce 2ndSys. 2ndSys leads the Align conversation, determination, and next-step discussion.

  • No diagnostic authority
  • Clear client communication
  • Commercial terms agreed in advance
MODEL 02

Licensed Delivery Partner

Your firm builds certified Principal and Practitioner capacity to execute approved remediation under 2ndSys governance.

  • Role-based certification
  • Defined checkpoints and evidence
  • Escalation and reassessment
MODEL 03

Strategic Partner

After proven fit, we may collaborate on recurring opportunities, shared market development, or a defined client segment.

  • Built after successful work
  • Shared market motion
  • Separate commercial structure
Licensed Delivery

Certification establishes accountability before delivery begins.

A licensed firm is not a loose collection of consultants. It requires named authority for governance and execution, with no layer permitted to produce, execute, and certify the same work.

2ndSys

Governs the determination, remediation sequence, standards, and review expectations.

Certified Principal

Attests executability, maintains fidelity, reviews checkpoints, and owns escalation.

Certified Practitioner

Facilitates module work, gathers evidence, and executes under Principal governance.

A licensed firm requires both governance and execution capacity. Certification is role-based accountability—not a badge.
How Fit Is Determined

The model follows the relationship—not the other way around.

Client access

Where do you encounter major decisions, and how early are you invited into the conversation?

Desired involvement

Do you want to introduce the question, execute governed work, or build a recurring market motion?

Accountability capacity

Can your firm support the role boundaries, evidence, checkpoints, and escalation the model requires?

Commercial Structure

Clear economics follow a clear role.

Referral participation, licensed delivery economics, and strategic arrangements are different structures. Specific terms are established after the client relationship, expected involvement, and accountability are clear.

The public model explains who does what. Commercial terms are confirmed before client work begins.
Discuss Partnership

Start with your clients, the signals you see, and the role you want to play.

We will compare your market, relationships, delivery capacity, and preferred involvement before deciding whether partnership fits—and which model is appropriate.
