A licensed partner firm cannot be a vague collection of consultants. It needs named people accountable for fidelity, execution, evidence, and escalation.

Certification creates a controlled delivery structure before client work begins.

The model separates governance from execution so no single layer can decide, deliver, and self-certify the same work.

Certification is how 2ndSys preserves continuity from Align determination through partner action and reassessment.

Certification Roles

Two roles. Different authority. Different accountability.

Certified partner delivery requires both a Principal and Practitioner role.

Principal

The named delivery authority.

The Principal governs fidelity to the Align determination, attests executability, owns escalation, and remains accountable to 2ndSys for delivery standards.

Practitioner

The named execution role.

The Practitioner executes module work, facilitates client sessions, gathers evidence, and operates under Principal governance.

Principal Certification

The Principal governs the engagement.

Engagement fidelity

Maintains alignment between the Align determination, the recommended sequence, the partner delivery plan, and the next reassessment.

Executability attestation

Confirms whether the proposed remediation path can be executed in the client environment given current constraints and context.

Escalation authority

Owns escalation when scope drifts, checkpoint evidence fails, or client conditions materially change.

Checkpoint governance

Reviews entry, midpoint, and completion attestations. The Principal cannot bypass standards or certify without evidence.

Practitioner Certification

The Practitioner executes under governance.

Client facilitation

Runs client-facing module work using the approved delivery standard and engagement context.

Module execution

Executes the governed intervention sequence without substituting generic consulting preferences for the standard.

Evidence gathering

Collects the evidence required for checkpoints, quarterly Align reassessment, and completion review.

Escalation triggers

Identifies when work should pause, escalate, or return for Principal and 2ndSys review.

Certified Firm Standard

A firm must have both governance and execution capacity.

A certified partner firm requires at least one certified Principal and one certified Practitioner. Each role is separately certified and governed.

Certification is not a badge for the firm alone. It is a role-based accountability system.
